no I tryed to make bars but it didn't work.

Get your userbar,

1.Use your rectangular select tool to choose your desigred image,If you use the gradent tool for color then I suggest use your free form lasso tool to select just the image so you don't get any white pulled up.

2.Duplicate your first layer to make a second.
3.Move your image a little in the direction you want it.

4.Keep on doing that nd here is a liitle tip for when you are done.You can minipulate the speen by going to your layers dialog and then edit your frame(Layer) and put for example you want 100 miliseconds(You can only do milisecond) then at the end of the name of the frame put for example (100ms)notice the ms at the end in the parenthases,that means miliseconds,so here is what it should look like:

if it does not move then here is another image.

I will post how your layers should be relevent to.

Well...can somebody post a video tutorial for a Paint Shop Pro Tutorial? I really need one. ANd the regular ones really dont help me. The PSP one by dubird I couldnt understand. how can you fill the bar with the lines? Anyway, I woulkd appreciate it.
