More of a Header than userbar, can I ask this?

Hello, Looking for a header. Not really a userbar. I made one, I think it stinks and wondering if anyone has the time to fire one up that doesn't suck like mine?

Needs to be 957 X 119 pix.

Needs Text, just spruced up, border...Better font...some pizazz maybe.
Thx so much in advance if you happen upon this. I just don't have what it takes to produce anything good.
