- USE THE SEARCH FEATURE AND THE USERBAR ARCHIVE BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR USERBAR. It is likely that the userbar that you are requesting has already been made. Search | Userbar Archive
- Try to be descriptive in your title. Instead of writing 'URGENT UB PLZ', write 'Spiderman userbar'
- When requesting multiple userbars it is recommended that you open multiple threads. It has been seen that it is unlikely that you will get all your userbars completed if they are in one thread. (NOTE: If you are requesting a userbar with the same image but different text, keep it in the same thread.)
- If someone posts a userbar that you do not like, and you would like someone to give it another try, just say something in your thread.
- When your request has been fulfilled, please be sure to thank the people that have helped you, and also be sure to add [DONE] somewhere either before or after your topic title. This is a free service, and it makes it a lot easier for the people who want to help to be able to help.
- If you are worried that your topic is being ignored, feel free to bump it (reply to your own topic to send it to the top of the forum) to let us know that your request has not yet been completed. Try to limit your 'bumping' to at most twice every 24 hours.
- If you want to learn how to make your own userbar, or are having any sort of trouble, look on the main site under the Tutorials Section, or post in the Trouble Corner if you have specific questions. If you would like one-on-one help feel free to PM one of the many staff members.
And most importantly, to avoid the "why haven't my userbars been created yet" feeling, make sure you are familiar with and follow the Rules for Request.
