I have problem with images. I am using gimp and I cant make an image without that background always i have that white place around my image. I cant cut thing like: http://www.johannesburgsummit.org/html/ ... t_logo.gif

What program are you using???

My tutorial for making animated userbars in The GAP... Gimp GAP Tut ...Forgive me for the popups(if you don't have a blocker), I have free hosting through angelfire.com...also don't go to my homepage, it's not complete yet. I just roughed it to host the tutorial! Post your comments in my userbar showroom(as opposed to here) with "tutorial" in the subject or somthing like that. Thanks.

It has 4 different scan lines, a 3D shine arc, a border and stroked text all ready to go in different layers.
You just add the image, a colour background, adjust the layers how you want and you're done.
