- The text will not be restricted to a certain title.
This will be a static bar contest, no animation is allowed, if you submit an animation bar you will excluded from the contest.
The Contest will end Friday 4-4-08.
Voting will begin 4-5 thru 4-6.
The winner will be announced the following Monday and a new Contest will start.
