The text will not be restricted to a certain title.

The Contest will end Friday 9-26.
Voting will begin 9-27 thru 9-28.

The winner will be announced the following Monday and a new Contest will start.

Going to point this out but the Title refers to this as (A) Animated but the body of the post says its static.
